Welcome to boardcraft (boardcraft.biz). Our platform is dedicated to Director training on governance, risk, and performance oversight. By accessing our site and enrolling in any program or purchasing any item, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

boardcraft offers in-person and online sessions focused on governance, risk, and performance oversight, delivered by experienced instructors.

3. Info-Products

Our info-products include digital guides, reports, and templates related to governance and oversight topics.

4. Goods

We may offer related physical items such as printed materials, books, or branded merchandise.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services, info-products, and goods are indicated at the time of enrollment or purchase. Payment is required to confirm your booking or order.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund via the original payment method. Between 7 and 13 days before, a 50% refund applies. Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. You may request to reschedule a session at no extra charge if notice is given at least 7 days in advance. Requests can be made via contact form.

6.2 Info-Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital materials have not been downloaded or accessed. After 14 days or once materials are accessed, no refund is available due to the digital nature of the product. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

7. No-Refund Items

Certain custom services or limited edition goods may be marked as non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase, and reflects the bespoke nature or limited availability of the offering.
